Our cart comfortably serves most events up to around 60-70 guests.

Our La Marzocco Linea Mini espresso machine lets us craft roughly 40 espresso drinks per hour.

For larger events or peak rushes, we can offer cold brew or batch drip coffee for faster service.

Yes! We are happy to work with you to create custom cart wraps, cup stamps, and cold cup stickers to reinforce the aesthetics of your event.

Each event is unique and we try to curate our service to your needs.

The key details that drive a quote are the number of guests, duration, and cart customization.

We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice on bookings to allow for your event’s coffee to be roasted and additional prep for specialty beverages.

If you are doing any cart & cup customization, we ask for a minimum of 4 weeks notice to allow for design and production of these times.

In a rush, we will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings to the best of our abilities.

To safely power our equipment, we require access to two 120v outlets on separate circuits within 40 feet of where our cart will be set up

The cart itself will occupy a footprint of roughly 8’ x 8’

Our water system is self contained in the cart. We will bring our water and leave with our waste water.

We proudly serve Three Ships Coffee Roaster’s award winning Ship Town espresso blend roasted fresh for each event and Kettl Ryokuan matcha.

Absolutely! While we have a standard menu to select specialty drinks from, we are happy to concoct something special just for your event.

We serve organic whole milk and offer your choice of either Minor Figures Organic Oat Milk or Mooala Organic Almond milk.

If you have other milk requests please let us know while requesting a quote and we will try to accommodate the best we can!

While our home base is located in the Conejo Valley near Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Thousand Oaks, we are happy to serve your events throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.

It happens, we get it!

Cancellations occurring more than two weeks prior will receive a full refund of their deposit.

Cancellations less than two weeks out will receive partial refunds. At this stage we have ordered the coffee to be roasted for your event and will refund you the remaining difference on your deposit.

‍Cancellations seven days or less prior to the event cannot be refunded. By this time we have fully stocked, staffed, and planned logistics for your event.
